I specialize in simple, easy to navigate sites that display an artist's work clearly and professionally. I code entirely by hand for maximum control. My hourly rate is $55. A site may also be done on a flat fee basis. The webhosting service I use has many free features that are easily installed such as Wordpress, guestbooks, forms, email routines and many others that install easily. Their fees are separate and quite reasonable. They also answer the phone.
